How We Work

Phase 1- Discovery

Action: Interview key stakeholders and learn more about the company’s story, current state, goals and strategy for the immediate and near future and HR philosophy. What’s working from an HR  perspective and what’s not working? Any pain points from an HR perspective and/or any top HR  priorities for this year or the coming year?

Phase 2 – Assessment + Audit

Action: Assess and conduct an audit of the company’s current HR People foundation: systems, policies, and processes. Identify any gaps and areas for improvement.

Phase 3- Recommendations

Action: Once the discovery and assessment phases are complete, a proposal is presented to the client that identifies gaps within the HR foundation and recommendations for areas of improvement.

 

Phase 4 – Implementation

Action: Implement all, any or some of the recommendations proposed upon client approval
